For the past year and a half I’ve had to watch Davian continuously lied to my parents about the repair on our house. He constantly goes. He constantly lies, and we’ve previously put reviews on here, and he commanded us to take them down. We just won’t have it anymore.
Although I thankfully haven’t had to be in the position of needing this service personally I did have the benefit of witnessing how they operate and the services they offer first hand. This is certainly something you hope you would never need but when a tragedy such as a fire happens there is a lot you may not even think of. The unbelievable compassion they have for the victims and knowledge on how to navigate the complicated process of recovering your losses. Dealing directly with the insurance companies on your behalf and helping you and your family to find a safe place to reside in the mean time. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, efficiency and most of all compassion that Luke and his team have. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
Took care of me from start to finish. Looking out for my best interest. Insurance low balls you but they come in to bat for you. The severity of my damage was minimal, but none the less it was a damage. They took care of my issue as if it was a total loss. Great people! Very professional and sympathetic! Thanks Josh, Luke, Mike, Chris, Davion and all the contractors contracted to get my home back to GOOD!
