Ryan and the whole team at RestoreCo helped make a very stressful event (sewer backup and flooding) manageable for me. They were quick to respond and always available to answer any questions. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They helped me understand what to expect with my insurance coverage, and they went the extra mile to get my insurance claim settled correctly.

Back in October of 2025, a pipe burst in our shower and ruined the upstairs shower and main floor ceiling. We were referred to RestoreCo by our plumbers who rescued us from a bad leak. RestoreCo was so quick to come out and start drying everything out and cutting away drywall that was damaged during the event. Was very happy to work with them the first time. Recently, an outside spigot pipe burst. Had them come back out to quote us the cost. I thought we would need to replace the dry wall, ceiling, insulation and who knows what else cause I did not know how quickly we discovered the spigot break. Instead of just making a quick buck off of us, he gave me the best news! Told me that it looks like it did not get behind the drywall or under the floors. Just part of the drop ceiling would need to get replacements and a bit of new insulation. And no hard sell or anything. I so appreciate them! They are extremely honest, quick, and good at their job. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do need restoration done again, they are the only people we would go to.

I waited until our insurance claim was closed to write a review. We used RestoreCo for our mold mitigation last year, only RestoreCo didn't actually complete the work. They subcontracted out to another company entirely, and I didn't know this until the other company showed up the day of the project. Jared was a kind person to work with, but I had to ask several times for the estimate. He estimated the job would take a week to complete and wrote an estimate based on that. The job took half that amount of time, which was great for us but RestoreCo still charged the insurance company the full amount, even though it was an estimate. I spoke with the owner, Ryan, after the job was completed and found him to be disrespectful and rude. I would not used RestoreCo again after my interactions with Ryan.
