The team did a great job with remediation and demo of my damaged wall/ceiling. Gil was prompt and efficient every day for the wet checks and demo. He explained progress and the next steps very well. I recommend RestoreCO for any water damage issues, especially in an emergency. I'm confident they'll get it done right the first time (unlike some other companies who claim to be "pros"). They even ensured that on demo day, that my internet connection remained connected during the drywall removal so I could work from home with my dog. Unfortunately my fiber internet line was on the affected wall and only had one entry point, so I would have been SOL otherwise. The team was also very kind and considerate to my dog and took actions to ensure he couldn't disturb or be harmed by the drying equipment.
Had a Sewer back up in the basement a week before a three week European vacation. RestoreCo came out immediately to dry things out before I left town. Then right after my return they did the demo. They did an awesome job and they were great to work with.
We had water damage that impacted all 3 floors of our home. Called Jared at RestoreCo and the response and follow up was immediate and 5 star. Jared and Gilbert coordinated asbestos, mold testing and coordinated with our insurance. We had unique finishes that had to be meticulously removed and handled. This was done expertly by Jared. Communication and scheduling was excellent. Their professionalism, customer service and empathy was outstanding during an extremely stressful event. We highly recommend RestoreCO if you ever are in need of water mitigation.
