They did their job better after I complained a couple times. One of the biggest was they left items on the stair saying they only pick up 30% of the items after I complained he took off his attachment and use the hose like he should’ve the first time without having to be told the second issue I had I have a $300 scale that’s supposed to say the heart rate and everything. The younger man had the the hose wrapped around the scale and was making my scale bouncing in the kitchen until I hollered at him. It’s only common sense. You should treat a person’s property with respect even when they’re paying you the other problem is they were dumping water out on the cement close to my stinging nettle. The guy explained he had to do this. I said that’s fine as long as you put it in the gutter and not my plants had to explain to me three times like I was stupid and didn’t know and before they left, they kept missing pieces so I had to have them give me the hose where I could finish myself I always thought when you paid for somebody they did the work instead of having to do it yourself. The only other problem I had was the young man had no idea of personal space. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think another bad should be less less than an inch away from me. They sent out 2 men today. They did way better job. They went so deep at the carpet. It was almost dry when they were done. hope get young men.

Jimmy did an amazing job, my carpets feel brand new and my home smells so fresh. The air quality is noticeably better after the HVAC cleaning too. I didn’t realize how much of a difference this would make, but it honestly feels so good to be in my space now. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was also super helpful and made the whole process easy. Worth every dollar, highly recommend!
