Excellent service. They have different departments for structure restoration and contents cleaning, coordinated through an assigned project manager. Our contents managers for the pack out and, later on, for the pack back were Talia and Ashley. Ashley and her team were detailed, caring, and supportive. Zach was particularly positive and helpful. One tip: Be there for the pack-back to make sure items are put back in the correct locations! Allied uses subcontractors for some work; you might save money if you use your own subcontractors for some things. We saved by using our own painters. So, look into that.
If i could give 10 stars to Allied I would. I had a great experience with Andre and Josue. They were both extremely professional, respectful and hardworking throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service really stood out. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend Allied Restoration to anyone needing restoration work done!!
