The entire team was terrific. We were very pleased by the work completed by Coastline Environmental Solution after a huge tree crash of water damage on our house. Bobby and team did a great job cleaning the attic in preparation for repairs. He and his team were professional and thorough with all the work done in the attic, several rooms and roof. Five stars plus!
So when our furnace failed at -30 on a weekend Coastline Environmental Solution was there to assist. Literally 30 minutes after they were asked their team had heaters installed to save us from a freeze up. A fair price that even our insurance company agreed too with now hesitation. Thanks very much everyone that assisted!!
Great company! I was so thankful to have called. We had to do construction in our bathroom and found mold in the insulation. With all the scary stories I heard from others who dealt with mold, I immediately wanted to get it checked out. I found them from their online reviews and so decided to call. Everyone was so nice and I could tell that they genuinely wanted to help to make sure my family was safe. After the initial phone call, they offered to review pictures and videos of the construction site. They gave me their honest opinion and ended up easing my fears to let me know that it didn’t seem too concerning and gave me options for testing if I wanted to make sure. They even followed up a week later. I was so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help. I realized that another company could have totally taken advantage of my fears and charged a lot for inspections, testing, etc, so I’m really thankful that I made the right call and got this honest opinion. Even though I didn’t end up needing to use their services this time, I’ll definitely call back if I ever have other home issues that need to be addressed!
