John from White Glove Restoration came out, took readings, and immediately let us know the issue was bigger than we realized. He advised us to contact our homeowners insurance, which turned out to be the best advice we could have received. John was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When our Insurance claims adjuster reached out, we connected him with John, and honestly, it felt like John handled most of the work for us. He sent a full report to our insurance company, then came back out to meet with the adjuster in person — bringing his crew with him. Once he and the adjuster agreed on what needed to be removed, John’s team got right to work on the remediation. My wife and I are extremely grateful for John, Jerome, and the entire White Glove Restoration team. We originally chose them because of their ratings and reviews, and after our experience, I’m surprised they aren’t rated a full 5 stars. They absolutely deserve it. We wholeheartedly vouch for John, Jerome, and this company.
