Had a wax seal leak upstairs and water damage in downstairs ceiling. I chose Paul Davis because of so many positive reviews. The whole team was great. From Ray, the mitigation tech, the demo team and restoration team all were very professional and friendly. All of them explained what they were doing as we went along. The dry wall tech, Noe did an excellent job cutting the dry wall to the perfect size and covering it up with the texture coat. I was affraid that the patch would show after completion, but when Noe and Miguel returned to paint the ceiling, I could not see anything where the damage was. The price for the all the work they did was very reasonable. All teams were very clean and cleaned up all when they finished. If I ever have a problem again, Paul Davis of Riverside would be my “go to team”. Thank you guys for your GREAT WORKMANSHIP. Bravo!
This review is only for the mitigation not rebuild and repair. Had a pin hole leak in my pantry and had a lot of water damage. I was paying out of pocket and Paul Davis had fair pricing. Rey and his team were amazing. Since I was paying out of pocket I did have multiple companies come give me a quote. Some companies were demanding more, some around the same price. One of the reasons I chose Paul Davis was that there was no pressure when Rey came to do the assessment of water damage. Also Rey had a clear plan of how he was going to work and discussed that with me and he took detailed notes and measured everything appropriately. You can tell he is very experienced in the field. They came out same day as I called worked within my work hours and gave me a quote quickly. On demolition day the crew arrived on time and did an amazing job of working quickly and cleaning the work area when they were finished. The whole crew that came to work were friendly and had great attitudes. They were very open to questions and would give me updates through out the day. Overall very happy with their service. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
Our home was damaged in the 2024 Eaton Fire, and the Paul Davis Restoration team, from the Inland Empire office, guided us through the entire abatement and restoration with real care. Jesse was outstanding—patient, proactive, and always ready to answer our questions with kindness and clarity. Eli was also fantastic and made communication effortless throughout the process.
