Outside contractors and the father saved my home. I thought this would be a somewhat easy process boy was I wrong. If you deal with Manny beware as he is a skilled liar and will try to milk your insurance company ! This snake will try to over charge for items as well as charge for services that were never completed in order to inflate invoice. If you have to use this company make sure you demand to see receipts because just asking ,you will definitely get the run around. For example this snake tried to charge 6500 for a range oven, not the fancy one the one you can find for around 1500. This snake charged 1000 for clean up which was another flat out lie as I was the one who paid a trash removal company. Manny will try and make you pay for everything like faucets, hoods, disposal even though he has accounted for these things on the invoice. Just beware Manny is a snake oil salesman. Don't let him milk your insurance because he doesn't care about what damage this can cause the homeowner especially with insurance companies flat out refusing to insure in California. I was blessed to not get dropped but my premium did increase. Of course everyone is different straight cash you will most likely get more honesty. I'm happy with my kitchen the bar overcharged and lost cabinet space did nothing I asked for. In the end imagine restore was an unimaginable nightmare.
Very happy with the service and results. We had a mold problem and imagine restore and Manny came through and repaired the problem. Provided quick and expert service. Would definitely use imagine restore again for all restoration needs. They were honest and upfront about their cost and their work. Also they replaced the entire kitchen and they did an excellent job on the new installation of cabinetry and countertops. Definitely satisfied. Great work!!! Happy customer!!!
I do not recommend Imagine Restore. My experience with Manny was very disappointing. He was difficult to work with and I found his billing practices to be unethical, especially when dealing with insurance claims. Always double-check your invoices — I was charged for services that were never done, including a $900 cleanup that didn’t happen. I had to pay out of pocket to have that work completed elsewhere. The invoice also included several inflated charges. If you choose to use this company, ask for a detailed price list and verify all work before making any payments.
