Zona RestorationFire Damage Restoration in Tempe, AZ

Removed Popcorn ceilings and mold from my old house. They seald the whole house keeping clean areas clean, testing the air quality after the removal to make sure you are safe. If you are looking for a real remediation company this is who you call. This is difficult work and takes time, my 1000 square foot house took 3 weeks to get cleaned and clear testing so brace yourself for being out of your home for what might be a significant amount of time. The popcorn was stubborn taking a week and a half to remove. Then they chased the mold through the bathrooms, I had to lose both tiled bath enclosures and part of a kitchen wall. The popcorn price is straight forward but mold is sneaky and they had to chase it farther than they were expecting and this had to be estimated after taking down the walls. They were completely transparent about this and the potential additional costs involved. Time wise the mold chase is what sent us into week 3 because it delayed testing. This work concerns your families health so it PAYS to hire a real remediation specialist. You want the house sealed with air pressure to keep it safe, see the pictures to see how real pros do the job. It's also emotionally draining and the office and crew were very understanding. All I can suggest is to throw it all out and don't get attached. They also offer complete rebuilding and it's something you should seriously consider at the very start.

I have referred Zona to my plumbing customers a few times now and I’m very picky, because it represents me and my business who I refer. They have kept my reputation not only good, but even better. My customers feel more confident in my professionalism with the communication, attention to detail, and kindness of the Zona crew. From initial dry out and mitigation all the way through working with insurance and rebuilding the damage, Zona Restoration is my go-to for my customers. Thank you Zona.

I can’t say enough good things about Zach with Zona Restoration. We had a flood upstairs on a Saturday evening that affected multiple spaces in our home, and Zach was incredibly responsive from our very first phone conversation. He arrived in the evening and was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Despite it being after hours, he took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain what needed to be done. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that he was in a hurry to leave. He was patient, reassuring, and made sure I understood what to expect. By the time he left, I felt confident that everything was being properly assessed and that I understood the potential issues and next steps. I’ve also used Zona Restoration in the past, and every person I’ve worked with has been responsive, professional, and on top of things while on the job site. They’ve always been respectful of our home and worked efficiently without creating unnecessary mess. Having an emergency like this happen is stressful, especially on a Saturday night, but Zach made the process feel much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Zach and Zona Restoration to anyone who needs emergency restoration services!
