Exceptional team, great communication, and professional work! From the onset of the project, Mary and Aaron, were wonderful to work with to support and complete the mitigation work. Once restoration work began, Shane drove the communication and process between my insurance and Zona, in partnership with Raquel, to provide the necessary documentation for estimates. When worked kicked off, Shane stayed engaged and continued to follow up to ensure the work was moving forward and ultimately completed. Very kind, professional, and always put me, the client, as the top priority. Elizabeth and her techs at Infinity did an amazing job on making my home look like a home again. Zona Restoration has been really great to work with, every step of the way! They are professional, very responsive and provide quick and quality services. They found mold in three different rooms in my home and were able to contain/treat it quickly which was necessary for me because of my medically fragile daughter who has chronic lung failure. They went the extra mile when they offered to place an air purifier in my home for several days. I found Zona to be extremely attentive and accommodating to ensure the safety of my daughter.
