These guys are pros. They were at my house two hours after my first call. Friendly employees. They were clean and obviously very organized. We had a toilet overflow and flooded 3 of our rooms in our house, the guys came out and were extremely clean and protected all of our belonging during the process. They didn’t spread dust around the house or anything. They were very professional and walked us through one of the most stressful situations we have ever gone through. Highly recommend these guys. Couldn’t be happier.
When my house flooded I called United Response and Nick and his whole team was super knowledgeable and professional. They made sure to keep everything clean and the rebuild crew made it look like nothing ever even happened. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
After experiencing a flood caused by a toilet that had overflowed, I called United Response and they were there within a couple of hours. It was one of the most stressful situations I had ever experienced. They assured me they would get everything taken care of and took action immediately explaining every step of the process. I instantly felt I had made the right choice in choosing them and was absolutely confident that every issue would be resolved. Every member of the United Response team involved in the mitigation and restoration of my condo was friendly, capable, professional and respectful. As promised, everything was restored to perfection and they even took care of a couple of additional issues not directly related to the flood. I honestly can't say enough about the quality of service I received from this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
