ConceptFire Damage Restoration in Scottsdale, AZ

This company was great to work with. I contacted them on a holiday weekend, and by Monday morning they were at my door knocking. I had a water leak in my kitchen and the entire floor was swelling, cold, soft, and smelling like humidity. I was afraid mold would be created by the humidity. So I contacted them to come give it a look. They removed the damage with care, helped me relocate my kitchen items to another room, properly cover the work area from the other rooms, and took care of removing all the damage. I’m very pleased with their services and that’s the only reason I thought on writing a review for them. They left all kinds of fans and equipment to dry the floors for 5 days, and thankfully no mold was created by the humidity. Now I just have to wait to restore my kitchen.

My wife spotted 2 pictures pulling out the wall and finding that the drywall was going "soft" early one morning. I looked and quickly realized that we had a "problem" and its not something I would be able to DIY. My ins agent recommended Concept based on another client's experience. The Concept team arrived within 2 hours of my initial call to Dan (and admittedly a bit frantic) on a Saturday... His team came in and quickly got to work. Within a few hours we had a lot of drywall removed, but no mess outside of the immediate work area as they spent a lot of time prepping the area to contain the inevitable dust/debris. They were able to find the source of the small leak within the wall (ceiling actually) and had dryers and dehumidifiers set up for several days. I very much appreciated that they set up a way for us to still enter the work area since it is the only bathroom on the floor. I was quoted a reasonable price and they stuck with it despite having to come back the following day and spending several more hours at the house after they identified that the leak had also impacted duct work. All in all, it was not a pleasant situation that necessitated me reaching out to Concept, but I am certainly happy with their work all things considered. Our house was "torn up" for 10 days while we had the leak, AC, and drywall repaired, but the initial work of Concept to contain everything in the small work area made it very livable while we were getting all of the repairs done... In fact, we actually asked that they keep the plastic zipper entry/exit taped up after they were completed since it was such a great way to keep the house clean while we had all of the other work being done in the area. I highly recommend Concept for any water damage situation that may arise in your home.

Dan is a great business owner. He quickly responds to calls, and more importantly, he is incredibly knowledgeable on MOLD & CONSTRUCTION. As a woman, he patiently answered all my questions & helped me create a plan-of-attack moving forward to remediate the mold problem. I TRUST his integrity & honesty.
