Avoid at all costs. It has been over two years (26 months) since the work on my bathroom should have been completed and they have still not given me back the money they have stolen from me and from the insurance company. Here are the cliff notes: -Referred to salt water restoration by a family friend that has referred a lot of business their way. -Get insurance approval and the work begins. Bathroom is torn apart, toilet removed and drywall is put in. -All monies from the insurance company are released to salt river restoration. I literally handed the person in charge of the job a $5k check. -Company keeps telling me they cannot complete the project because they have not been paid. -I keep sending proof of the payments including proof from the insurance company and my bank statements over and over. (Only monies not paid out are $500 that were to be paid by the insurance company once the work was complete) -Keep being told over and over they cannot find the money. -Talk to representative at the company (this is after two years) and threaten legal action. -Money is all of a sudden found. -Tell them I expect all of my monies returned as I will not be doing business with them as they blatantly lied to me about not having my money and have made myself and my wife feel like liars when they literally were sitting on our money. -Find out the person in charge of the job was fired because of this situation. Did he pocket the money and this is why it wasn’t found? -Have continued outreach to the representative that keeps telling me he is taking the issue up to his executive team with no answers. -Threaten legal action again along with letting them know I will be going to the BBB, the insurance company and getting my lawyer involved. And here we are today…Two years without a finished bathroom with an exposed toilet opening. I have been beyond patient with this company and have asked over and over for them to do the right thing and give me back my money as they are holding it hostage. The only work they completed was putting up some drywall. I am fed up and will now start sharing my story everywhere I can.
Salt River Restoration went above & beyond. The whole crew is amazing. They went to work immediately even as I was leaving town for a wedding. I trusted the crew with my home in my absence & they didn't disappoint! Mario, Hez and Bailey are wonderful!! They are very friendly, super hard working and yet still managed to spend a little quality time with my dog who now adores them all. Mario kept me informed throughout the many steps during this crazy stressful time. Mario, Bailey and Hez are welcomed to my home anytime. Sat River Restoration is a top notch company. Called them in the Middle of the night on a Sunday and they showed up within an hour. My water softener had failed and flooded a few rooms. Ken was quick to evaluate the situation and put countermeasures in place to dry my house out. Most of the house was dried out in 3 days but some sections took 5. I feel confident about the work and my house returning to normal. Great job Ken and company !!
