Mixed review. Demo team did OK but we just found that our vanity door is broken in half. We were not informed of that, we were told that the teardown went perfectly. We are just now starting to restore this bathroom since March 23 and found the broken cabinet. Abatement went fine. Restoration was not fine. Please review Paul Davis Restoration “Complaints” and you will see that communication, ghosting and delays are common. Lack of communication is my primary complaint with the restoration. Delays due to lack of communication became evident. When you reach out to a business, you should expect some sort of an answer within 48 hours 72 at the most. I found communication to be very poor. We ended up canceling our contract.
