Arizona Restoration ContractorsFire Damage Restoration in Phoenix, AZ

This company came up on Google search and was exactly what we needed for our water heater restoration project. The owner came out to check it out initially and was honest and told us exactly what would happen. Weeks of construction and going back and forth with our insurance company, everything he said happened so there were no surprises. His crew was a great and communicative. They did excellent work and always cleaned up after themselves. The finished project looks like nothing ever happened to our kitchen. Walls were rebuilt cabinets were rebuilt and you never would be able to tell. Nothing but great things to say about this company.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff D., the Operations Manager at Arizona Restoration Contractors. He was incredible throughout every step of our mold remediation process. I definitely wasn't the average client, as we have a child with a medical component involving CIRS, so making sure everything was handled properly and with the right precautions was extremely important to our family. Jeff completely understood the seriousness of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were heard and addressed. He was always available to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and help me feel confident in the process. There were definitely moments when this situation felt overwhelming, but having Jeff there and knowing I could reach out to him made a huge difference. I always felt like I was in good hands and never felt like I was being brushed off or treated like just another customer. Jeff's communication, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care for our family were exceptional. He went far beyond what I expected from an operations manager, and I am incredibly grateful for the way he handled everything from start to finish. We had Marco and Brando on our job. We had an excellent experience working with Marco and Brando from Arizona Restoration Contractors. From the very beginning, they took our concerns seriously and were extremely thorough about following the proper precautions during our mold remediation. Marco and Brando were knowledgeable, careful, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. We truly appreciated how seriously they took our family's health and the importance of doing the job the right way. If you are looking for a company that will truly listen, communicate, and go the extra mile—especially when your situation requires additional care—I highly recommend Arizona Restoration Contractors. We are extremely thankful for everything they did for our family.

I had an excellent experience with Arizona Restoration Contractors after discovering a roof leak in my home. They responded immediately, even on a weekend, which was a huge relief. The team started the work right away and made sure to stop further damage. Working with the insurance company was a long and difficult process, but they handled everything confidently and professionally. They kept me updated every step of the way, and they always answered my calls with helpful solutions. I worked directly with Tim, and he was outstandingly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tim also helped me find a great roofer, who completed the roof repair quickly and did good work. I’m very happy with the results and with the service overall.
