I am giving Kolton and Diamondback Restoration a 5! It comes with quite a bit of work, collaboration and at times frustration for all of us. Our house was deemed a 'total loss' after an attic fire. The home is old, built in the 60's. After the house was cleaned out following the discovery of asbestos, and ready for the rebuild, Diamondback Restoration was contracted to do the job. I was sold when I met in person with Kolton. This is a family ran business that is growing (and they experienced some growing pains during our rebuild) and that along with the honesty and good ol fashion handshake, I knew this was the right company. This house had to be rebuilt completely. New electrical, plumbing, roof, interior walls...everything! We worked very closely with the team, Kolton, Leeanne, Brittany, and at the time, Doug. The team is very thorough and they will take care of everything. Now, I'm not the easiest guy to work with, being the son of a contractor and doing a lot of my own stuff. But they grinned and beared it and worked with me. That I appreciate...a lot! This job in all took over a year to complete. There is a lot that goes into a full restoration/ rebuild. They handled it. They were professional and competent. Above all of that, they worked with us, informed us, guided us and in the end provided us with a beautiful new home. Thank you! I absolutely recommend Diamondback Restoration if you need work done...small or big, like my job. They are good honest people.
Kolton and the team are really good at what they do. There are many times people have to work with a restoration company after they’ve been through some emotional events. They don’t just do good work. They genuinely care and it’s refreshing to have people fixing our home that are considerate and sincere after what we’ve been through. The repairs made are awesome! My wife and I really like the way it turned out. Tayler, Nelson and especially the repair crew did a great job. The only downside was that it took 7 weeks to get the project started after I paid the 1st 1/2 of the repairs. That is an exceedingly long time especially since I was told I would be put on the schedule as soon as I made the payment.
