I called them on a weekend and they arrived to my home with in 45 minutes and avoid me having to repair my entire ceiling. They are very professional and prompt they kept me informed every step of the way on getting my house leak back to normal. They deal with my insurance directly so I had more peace of mind. RE: Arizona Restoration Specialists We highly recommend this company. They were punctual, informative, efficient, and personable. We had a leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite a while. (We found out that it was the washer drain pipe, so it only leaked when doing laundry.) We contacted Dallin at Arizona Restoration Specialist on Tuesday 1/13. Wednesday 1/14, Dallin came and inspected the damage and advised us of the process. He emailed us an estimate that afternoon. Thursday 1/15 we contacted Dallin and made arrangements for them to start work on Monday 1/19. The weekend gave us time to empty the freezer and move other items. Monday 1/19, Dallin and his crew arrived. They moved the washer, dryer, and freezer to the garage. They isolated the damaged area and removed all of the damage and mold. His crew discovered the broken washer drain pipe when removing the water damaged wall materials. They set up a dehumidifier and a blower to dry the area and clean the air. Wednesday 1/21, they checked on the progress, did more scrubbing on the wall studs, and made arrangements for an inspection. Thursday 1/22, Dallin inspected the work. The air quality inspection was completed by another company. Dallin made arrangements with a plumber to fix the broken pipe. The plumber arrived to inspect the pipe damage. They will return after the clearance from the air quality inspection. Friday 1/23, room air quality inspection passed. Dallin sent his crew to remove their equipment. The area was ready to be repaired. The plumber came over and replaced the broken pipe. Drywall work is next. All of this was accomplished in 10 days. Amazing!! The estimate was reasonable, the work done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. These guys are amazing!!

Dyllan seemed very nice and knowledgeable. However, when my husband told him he thought the leak was coming from the grout by the tub, Dylan said that would be impossible and that we probably had a leaky pipe coming from the tube. Dylan and his trainee proceeded to cut a rectangular opening in my ceiling and left their two fans for four days. During those 4 days we never witnessed any water leaking from the ceiling. When Dyllan and his trainee returned on Monday they told my husband and I that they couldn't find any leaks. They said they were going to have their plumber come out and address the situation. Mind you, we had already paid the company half their money. Before the plumber came out my husband and I poured water where the gout is messed up by the tub. Immediately, water began leaking from the ceiling. We never had an active leak. So the fans were not needed. We also did not need to have a huge rectangular opening in our ceiling that we are now going to have pay someone to come out and fix the dry wall. All we needed was a grout specialist. Do your research and trust your gut. In response to the owners reply; we had a grout specialist come to our house and fix the grout and now there is no more leak. We wouldn't have had to pour water where the grout was worn down if your employees would have listened to us. We found the leak ourselves! When asked for an itemized invoice we were told that couldnt be provided. Also to keep things transparent for future clients, they will tell you to give them a review and they will give you $300!
