My insurance company hired Puroclean to do water mitigation for a burst pipe that flooded our kitchen and living area. It’s been quite the disaster, but I cannot say enough good things about the team that has been working on my house. Andrew and his apprentice Kirby were just amazing! They have kept me well informed during the entire process, clean up as they go, were diligent about blocking off each area to contain dust due to our allergies and me being immune compromised, cleaned everything down to the remaining cabinets and surface areas every day after they left, and even swept up my sidewalk after their last day here. They were so respectful and knowledgeable, I was really impressed! Jose was my main point of contact and same thing, easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone!
