We had a pipe burst over a weekend at my company, filling our 20,000 sq ft basement with over 6000-10,000 gallons of water. Voda responded immediately when I called them early Monday morning, helping to save our servers, address the water throughout and get us back onto the road to recovery. Daniel and his team were exceptional. From the onset they were very professional and transparent- helping me to manage the unreal expectations from our corporate team. Pricing was always fair and aligned with other bids for each step of the process. They were meticulously thorough with documenting the damages for our insurance carrier and for corporate. Daniel’s reports and bid quotes were equally thorough and well organized, with much greater detail than other bidders. Daniel and his team made my job infinitely easier to manage during the whole process, and I’m very glad that we connected with Voda during this event. They are superstars!
My toilet broke and leaked all of the back tank tap water out into the house. Called Elijah with Voda and he had someone out within 30 minutes. Kyler was an amazing representative of the company when he arrived. He was fast, efficient, and transparent with all possible outcomes of water damage. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they are true professionals and know their stuff.
Fast, detailed, and so friendly and professional! They were on site almost immediately when we needed it to help with restoration services and even helped source a mold remediation agency for us to come before they did. My employees were so pleased with the repair they provided and how quickly it was resolved, I will be looking to only work with Voda for my other locations that need cleanup & repair services going forward!
