Excellent company, owner and employees are top notch. We had a toilet leak that created a slow leak down through the subfloor. Gateway came in and clearly explained what needed to be done to stop the leak, stop the possibility of mold growth, and repair only what needed to be repaired. The employees comunication was absolutely amazing and they worked around our schedule. I would absolutely use Gateway Restoration again and recommend them to everyone I know.
We had a water leak and called them out , and they were at our house within an hour. Their team responded quickly, found and fixed the leak, and immediately got to work. By the end of the same day, they had removed the damaged materials and had all the necessary equipment set up to begin drying everything out. They were professional, efficient, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. We really appreciated how quickly they responded and how much they were able to accomplish in just one day. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or an unexpected leak!
