24 Hour Flood Pros of Phoenix was so good I’m a repeat customer (unfortunately I had more than 1 leak). Throughout both experiences, Matt came promptly, even late one evening within an hour of me calling him. The first time I was made aware of the leak, I was out of town and was forced to arrange restoration from Chicago. Matt and his whole team were amazing through this process and were even more communicative through phone and text messages so I would not have to worry, and calling me and letting me know timeframes they would arrive. The second time I was home and got to meet the whole team and they were awesome! With the 2nd leak, which was a neighbor refusing to cover the damages, they were super patient with payment, looping my litigation team in, and providing competitive pricing. In addition to their restoration team, Tiffany from the main office and billing department was super hands-on and quick to return my calls. Leaks suck, but call them, cause they don’t suck. :]
Awesome company with super detailed explanation of the job process and insurance process. They handle everything from start to finish. Quick response and on-site time. Very professional and even though a time of chaos they make the issue less stressful with their actions and how they address the loss, personal belongings, just everything.
