Austin & Calvin are two straight up men working a business. I trust them. They did visual inspections, air sampling and collection and submitted the samples to a reputable analysis center. The results were provided to me and identified only a marginal problem. Did not get a hard sell after the results were provided. I did have them do some caulking work which was first class. Pricing for all the services was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for services.

It was Christmas Eve. A water pipe burst. The ceiling literally collapsed and all I can say is that it was "raining" in our house. After the fire department came out and helped turn the water off I called Rocket City Restoration. The owner picked up the phone. NOT an answering service- Rudy- the actual owner picked up- on Christmas EVE! He had a professional at my house within 45 minutes ON Christmas EVE! I was astonished. I'm not kidding when I say 45 min. They brought industrial fans and dehumidifiers AND cleaned up/removed everything they could- including wet insulation, wet dry wall, wet ceiling and just everything that could be taken out. They even pulled up and removed the damaged flooring that was already buckling because of the water damage. Rudy is the best. He and his team really understand water damage and they do all they can to mitigate the damage that can happen...you can trust them. Rudy and his team are flexible yet reliable. I could text Rudy ANYTIME (even twice on a Sunday afternoon)... he would respond with an answer to whatever I was concerned about or needed. This part is important: They didn't ask for money up front. Rudy's guys came in and did the work and left. Rudy understands that insurance can take a second to reimburse costs. Rocket City Restoration came in and literally saved Christmas for my family. We were able to stay the night in our house without worrying about water everywhere or the initial nasty mess the water caused in our house. Do yourself a favor and keep Rocket City Restoration's info on your fridge because you never know when something crazy will happen to your house or garage or shop or well - anywhere. Thank you to Rudy and his whole team... especially the moving team who packed our whole house up and moved it into storage, kept it for 5 months and then moved it all back into our house flawlessly. I hope I won't have to live through another situation that compares to this past Christmas Eve and these past months being relocated BUT if I do my first call (after the emergency people) will be to Rudy and Rocket City Restoration.

He said I will be there first thing Monday morning. He is so professional but so personal at the same time. He explained the problem, told me exactly what would need to be done, and has walked me through each step.
