Darrell and his crews were very dedicated and thorough, and trustworthy.I needed extensive water damage repair and rebuild. I ended up deciding to use them also for an entire kitchen rebuild since so much had to be torn out anyway. I can’t say enough good things about Darrell. He was professional yet friendly, and seemed to really care that an excellent job was done. His employees were the same. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!
Wonderful people and excellent service! These folks saved our lives when our ceiling collapsed from a hidden leak in our roof. They got everything fixed up and like new. They were very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
We had a great experience with Rainbow Restoration. We had a flood issue that happened in the late evening. I called Rainbow and left a message and Darrell promptly called me back. I told him the situation and he set up an appointment the very next morning for us. Darrell impressed me with his knowledge of water/mold mitigation and a plan for exactly what we needed to do. By about 1:30pm the work was all done…baseboards/shoe mold removed, water vacuumed up, and fans/dehumidifiers were set up/running. Darrell kept me informed during the week with progress of the moisture readings. We were more than happy with the work and the results…definitely would recommend Rainbow to others!
