I Cannot recommend PuroClean enough! We had a waterline bust in our home late one Saturday evening. Water went across 4 rooms in our home and we immediately were recommended to call PuroClean from our insurance company. They had a crew out within 1 hour and they did a fantastic job. The field supervisor, and 2 techs came and explained what they were doing, what to expect, and an assessment on what to look for once they left. They placed equipment in our home to dry everything and added a humidifier to ensure no future mold growth would happen. They continued to stay in contact and even came back to the house multiple days to check on progress. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home, children, and pets. Even our insurance reps, contractors, and movers were impressed and requested info for PuroClean when they seen their work. They went above and beyond at our home and I highly recommend that rather an emergency happens, or you need someone to help with an issue such as water damage, mold, or anything clean up related, call PuroClean!

We cannot speak highly enough of Puroclean in Huntsville, AL. Our dishwasher leaked and caused damage. Bruce came to our home and explained the entire process days before they tore out our cabinets, countertops and flooring, as well as answering many questions about insurance, insurance claims, etc. He jumped in with the crew for the demolition. I asked the lead demo guy if he liked his job, and he said that Bruce was the best boss he ever had. I asked the rest of the crew about their work, and they all agreed that Bruce was a great man in which to work. The floor refinishers and cabinet men were impressed with the Puroclean demo work when they came to start their renovations. Rudy came in next for the packing and moving and brought an outstanding group of ladies. He was very informative and professional, too. He coordinated everything perfectly. Alecia, the head of the packing and moving crew, was extremely professional, polite, hardworking and informative, as were Sarah and Cassie. Alecia always had an answer for my many questions, and if she didn't know, she would find out the answer immediately. Alecia paid close attention to every detail of packing and moving making sure everything was packed properly to the Puroclean standards and her own high standards. Alecia treated our belongings and furniture as if they were her own as did Sarah and Cassie. I was impressed with how well they packed and how well they worked together. What a great team they make, and Alecia is an experienced and confident leader. They spoke about Rudy as did the demo crew of Bruce--with high respect. They said Rudy was the best boss, as well! I will add that we had a contractor come in on the weekend between the days they were moving us back in. Alecia immediately pointed out to me a scratch (made by the weekend contractor) in our newly refinished floors before they began work for the day. She is very conscientious. We knew about the scratch, but it was very nice for her to point it out to us. Who does that? All in all, Puroclean did a fantastic job. We were able to reuse our cabinets because they did such a good and gentle job removing them. We were able to keep our backsplash, as well. All of our belongings were moved to storage and placed back into our home just as they were before the dishwasher leak. We've never had someone pack and unpack our belongings - and they did it with ease and efficiency. I pray we never have another accident in our home, but if we do, we know who to call! It is always a good testament to a great company when the employees speak highly of their bosses. Everyone we met at Puroclean was professional, hardworking, friendly and relatable.
