Garrett and his staff were phenomenal, extremely professional and constantly kept us in the loop during every part of the mitigation process . He is genuinely concerned and walked us through every part of the process. From the very onset of my first conversation with Garret, I had no doubt he was trustworthy and honest. I can’t say enough positive things about Garret and his staff. I would absolutely with no doubts recommend them for any service they offer. I had no hesitation letting them work in my residence, regardless if I was home or not .
Our 40 gallon water heater in our closet sprung a leak. We had water damage in our closet and adjacent bathroom. Hiller, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, recommended "Dry Fast" as the company to fix the water mitigation and mold remediation. Dry Fast came out within a couple of hours to assess the situation. They figured out what needed to be done and installed equipment to remedy the situation. It took 3 days in total to dry everything out. Every day during the process, Dry Fast came out to check their equipment and take readings on the moisture content in the affected areas. When the process was complete, Dry Fast removed all their equipment immediately. This company is very professional. They have highly qualified personnel that are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I can't speak highly enough of them.
Garrett and the Dry Fast team are fantastic! They were very easy to work with, and I'm thankful my home is now free of mold, etc.--yikes. Big recommend!
