Garrett and his staff were phenomenal, extremely professional and constantly kept us in the loop during every part of the mitigation process . He is genuinely concerned and walked us through every part of the process. From the very onset of my first conversation with Garret, I had no doubt he was trustworthy and honest. I can’t say enough positive things about Garret and his staff. I would absolutely with no doubts recommend them for any service they offer. I had no hesitation letting them work in my residence, regardless if I was home or not .
DryFast is the best! It started with Kishon (spell check) doing a very detailed analysis on the damages from a hot water heater leak, giving me vivid instructions on how everything was going to be handled, and being diligent about communicating and executing the original plan…THEN more damage was found, so I have to communicate with Garrett (the GM) who continues to give the 5 Star service just as Kishon. They really have a heart for their customers and are adamant about getting the job done RIGHT! My water leak experience had me a nervous wreck before DryFast assured me, even during changes in the process, that everything was handled…and it really was handled!!!!!!! My insurance company even knew who they were and what system they use! DryFast turned my lemons into lemonade!
We had a water leak inside the wall and called Dry Fast, and from that very first call they were absolutely incredible. They arrived within 45 minutes—on a Saturday—to inspect the damage, move furniture, pull up the carpet, and immediately begin water mitigation. Because of their fast response, the damage was contained to just one room, which we are so grateful for. Dry Fast returned on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, staying consistent and thorough until the job was fully completed. Kischonn was extremely attentive, making sure everything was placed back correctly and taking extra care to scrub areas for mold control. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Ms. Dana accompanied Kischonn and was such a comfort during a stressful situation. She constantly reassured us, telling us not to worry and that they were going to take care of everything—and they absolutely did. Step by step, everything happened exactly as they explained it would. Reliable, professional, compassionate, and true to their word. I highly recommend Dry Fast to anyone dealing with water damage—you’ll be in great hands.
