I can’t say enough good things about GWC Restoration! Jasmine was our Project Manager & Raymond was our contractor with his crew that included Sergio. They were so great to work with! On March 3rd, a copper pipe connected to the hose bib on the east side of my house had ruptured at some point during the Arctic air we experienced this past winter. The faucet had not been turned on since last spring. That day it was turned on for the first time since last spring to clean equipment used to stain my backyard fence. I was not home at the time, but about an hour after the water was turned on I came home and found a considerable amount of water covering vinyl and hardwood engineered flooring in my home. I reached out to several acquaintances, and GWC was recommended as the best company to handle the remediation to dry out the areas breached by the water. GWC employee Gary Ward was dispatched in an expedient manner and began his work to stop any further destruction on my property by installing industrial dehumidifiers, high-powered dryers and determining where water might be under kitchen cabinets and baseboards in addition to the heart force. Among contractors I have dealt with over the course my life, it is my earnest assessment that Gary is one of a kind in terms of his expertise, highly developed communication skills, along with exceptional technical skills. Having lost my husband to Alzheimer’s disease around three weeks before the water incursion, Gary was superably prepared to answer questions I put forward to him. The quality of his work is impeccable, and his ability to reassure this customer gave me a great deal of peace, which I sorely needed. In a nutshell, Gary was straight up with me all the way, and I grew to greatly appreciate his capacity to provide me the most outstanding service possible. I am nearly 70 and no neophyte in terms of dealing with all types of contractors needed to work on homes I have owned. I don’t know what Gary is being compensated for his services, but I would highly recommend he be considered for a merit increase in his salary!!! Thank you, Gary, for everything!!!!
