I had a great experience with ServiceMaster. Their communication was excellent from the first phone call all the way through the final invoice. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process and were very professional. The equipment they provided was simple to use and helped pull a lot of the water out of my carpet. I also really appreciated all the advice the father-and-son team shared along the way. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and not just getting the job done. Overall, I'm really happy with the service they provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

Parker was actually Referred to us by our Farmers Insurance Adjuster who stated he worked with him very well and that Parker could also act as our G.C. Over the Entire Project and handle all the back&forth with the insurance company. He dealt with all the contractors/including plumber, cabinet, flooring , surface top and backsplash!
