I had a great experience with ServiceMaster. Their communication was excellent from the first phone call all the way through the final invoice. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process and were very professional. The equipment they provided was simple to use and helped pull a lot of the water out of my carpet. I also really appreciated all the advice the father-and-son team shared along the way. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and not just getting the job done. Overall, I'm really happy with the service they provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
They were recommended to us by our insurance agent and came out the day I called with the driers and fans. Parker called or came out everyday until dry then had dry wall guys out the next day, gave us a couple of days to box up things, then movers came out, next day new floor was down, and next day movers were back and we were back to normal. This was all done in 10 consecutive days. I highly recommend them. The were punctual, communicated well, and completed the job in much less time than I expected. I feel like they treated us like family which really meant a lot.
