I just want to give a huge shout out to Scottie and Jeff for the fantastic work they did today on my water leak in my bathroom. They were so professional, polite and not only did great work but cleaned up afterwards better than I could have done myself! They kept me informed of everything they were doing throughout the day and worked tirelessly for 6 hours with such great attitudes! I am hoping that DEC will send these two guys back out for the remaining work. I would definitely recommend DEC to anyone that wants a job well done! Thank you so much! I also want to thank Allen , the accounts manager, for coming out so quickly. He was just a professional as Jeff and Scottie and even went above and beyond, capping off an additional unexpected water leak since my plumber was not available today. Thank you Allen for helping me out. Great job to all!

These ladies and gentlemen were very good at their job of packing out. I figure if they can put up with all of the junk I have they must be good. My team at DEC, Brittany, Mitchell, and Zach, were so helpful and supportive during this long process. Brittany kept me informed with how things were going with the insurance company. Mitchell was the project manager and was always available to answer any questions I had and to help with deciding how to proceed. His restoration team did a beautiful job. Zach was very attentive at checking to make sure things were going well. I appreciate the concern and dedication of each member of this team.
