I just want to give a huge shout out to Scottie and Jeff for the fantastic work they did today on my water leak in my bathroom. They were so professional, polite and not only did great work but cleaned up afterwards better than I could have done myself! They kept me informed of everything they were doing throughout the day and worked tirelessly for 6 hours with such great attitudes! I am hoping that DEC will send these two guys back out for the remaining work. I would definitely recommend DEC to anyone that wants a job well done! Thank you so much! I also want to thank Allen , the accounts manager, for coming out so quickly. He was just a professional as Jeff and Scottie and even went above and beyond, capping off an additional unexpected water leak since my plumber was not available today. Thank you Allen for helping me out. Great job to all!
Jeff, Clayton and Matt were amazing with my water heater flood. I called the morning of an they had someone out to my house within hours. They had taken down all the walls that were saturated and set up an entire air system for drying. They were so communicative, wonderful, fast and efficient! I hope these men get paid well because they work HARD!
This team has been so amazing during a really hard situation for me and my family. The kindness and compassion they showed us was unmatched. From getting there same day and starting work within a few days. The whole process was seamless and so professional. I will recommend to anyone who asks! Thank you DEC!
